Excellent Banking Is Live — Parse Any Banking Statement Into a Clean Excel File

Today, we’re launching Excellent Banking — a service that takes the friction out of managing your banking data.

Here’s the problem: bank statements are messy. Some come as PDFs, some as CSVs, some as images from your phone. If you want to do anything useful with them — track spending, prepare taxes, run your business accounting — you’re stuck manually copying numbers into a spreadsheet. It’s slow, error-prone, and nobody enjoys it.

Excellent Banking fixes this, end to end.

How it works

You upload your statement — any format. Our engine extracts every transaction line, normalizes the data, and automatically categorizes each entry. Thirty seconds later, you download a clean Excel file, ready to use.

The pipeline is straightforward:

1. Upload your bank statement (PDF, CSV, image, or connect via API)
2. Extraction — our AI reads and normalizes every transaction
3. Categorization — each line gets auto-tagged: Food, Rent, Car, Utilities, and more
4. Export — download a structured Excel spreadsheet

What we support at launch

We’re starting with three of the most popular banks in Germany:

• Sparkasse

More banks are on the way. If yours isn’t on the list, let us know and we’ll prioritize it.

Pricing that makes sense

No subscriptions. No recurring charges. You buy credits when you need them, and they never expire.

• Small — €5 for 50 credits
• Medium — €20 for 200 credits
• Large — €50 for 700 credits (best value)

One credit covers roughly 2,000 characters of processing. You only pay for what you use. Payments are handled securely through Stripe and PayPal — we never see or store your card details.

Privacy by design

Banking data is sensitive. We treat it that way:

• All data is stored exclusively in the EU (Germany and Switzerland)
• Fully GDPR compliant
• Your data is never used for AI training
• You can request full deletion at any time, no questions asked
